Martin Luther King, Jr., envisioned the day when little boys and girls of different skin colors would join hands in a sign of unity and respect. At Women In Need, our preventive education team believes that preventive education is vital to bring about a day of universal respect and healthy relationships.

Our preventive education team is available to provide training to various groups in our community, including church groups, church leaders, law enforcement, and school faculty.
PREVENTION EDUCATION
Preventing violence before it starts in relationships begins with our students. Our preventive education team works with 6th graders through university students, teaching social and emotional behaviors and patterns of healthy and unhealthy behaviors in dating relationships.
